I'm attempting to build a fully insulated garden room for a tiny budget of £500. In this episode, I fit windows and doors, make and fit the cladding material, struggle with a silly drainage issue and install decking outside and make some nifty acrylic window sills!

These plans have been specially developed and optimised for commonly available timber and material sizes for your ease. They are also flexible, enabling you to use any window sizes you wish, however there is maximum door height of 2.1m in order to keep the building to within overall 2.5m height restriction (this is to avoid any issues with planning permission in the UK).
