Making An MDF Gate... Yes, really!! #ad

PLEASE NOTE: It has been brought to my attention that there were a couple of mistakes made in this video due to the technical nature of the MEDITE TRICOYA EXTREME panel. 1. You must use stainless screws when in direct contact with MTX because the low levels of acetic acid in the panel will corrode metal over time.  I have since replaced the screws (see follow up video: LINK TBC)  Full usage guidelines here: https://files.mutualcdn.com/medite-smartply/files/MEDITE-TRICOYA-EXTREME-MTX-Storage-Handling-and-User-Instructions-20REV16.pdf' 2.

Gardening Tools - Repair & Restoration

In this video I do some garden tool restoration and repairs in order to get a set of functioning tools I can use to cut down some trees, bushes and shrubbery so that we can extend our lawn.    Featuring a pair of vintage Carl Kammerling shears, a spade / shovel, a fork plus some super hot winter gardening action!

Birch Plywood Bathroom Shelving (Part 2 of 3)

In this video I make a birch plywood shelving unit to sit behind the mirror doors of our bathroom cabinet.  I cut housing grooves (dados) and rebates (rabbets) for the joinery using the table saw.

Built In Bathroom Cabinet (Part 1 of 3)

In this video I start on a new project to build a built in, floor to ceiling bathroom cabinet as part of our bathroom renovation in our 1930s bungalow.  There was an old cabinet here with mirror doors and I wanted to give the cabinet more depth for additional storage space and also improve it aesthetically, as it was a real eye sore!  I use construction timber and birch plywood for the face frame.

Making A Balance Board

In this video I make a balance board.. Also known as a wobbel board / wobble board I think?  Using thin plywood and bent lamination.  This is a great toddler / small child gift idea - I wasn't sure I really understood the idea until I saw my neice playing with it and then it all made sense! A great way for little ones to be able to learn balance and coordination skills, and it can be used either way up!  A great toy - kids love it.
